The first thing you notice is the quiet.

Tucked away in the historic Ballast Point neighborhood so far south on MacDill, the traffic of busy Tampa seems to be far removed, yet you are only ten short minutes to downtown via the famous Bayshore Boulevard. Just as near are the Interstates, Expressways, Bridges, and the Westshore Business district.

Next you notice the landscaping.
