Premium Rates

A premium is charged for condominiums on the pool, lake, or woods, or condominiums with upgrades such as brand new carpet and ceramic tile.

The price depends on the location or upgrade package.

Security Deposit

Security deposits are completely refundable at move out provided all terms of the lease are fulfilled.

One Bedroom - $200
Two Bedrooms - $300

Application Fee

$45.00 per roommate, non-refundable.

Roommates must each apply and must qualify individually.

Qualifications for residency

1. Income - As a general guideline, gross monthly income should be equal to at least three times the monthly rental rate.
2. A good credit history.
3. A good rental history.

Roommates must qualify individually for the full amount of the monthly rental rate.

We do not accept guarantors.

Lease Term

Twelve month and seven month leases are offered. There is no price increase for a 7 month lease.

Early lease termination requires a three month minimum stay, a 30 day written notice, payment of penalty fees, and forfeiture of all deposits.

Military Addendum

A military addendum is offered for the convenience of our residents in the service.

Federal Fair Housing Guidelines

One Bedroom - Maximum of two occupants

Two Bedroom - Maximum of four occupants, maximum of two adults

Directions

South on Bayshore Boulevard, turn right at traffic light and proceed to light at MacDill, turn left and go 3 blocks south. Entry is on the left or go south on MacDill from Gandy.

Pet Policy

Pets under 30 lbs. - $300 deposit

Deposit is refundable at move out if there is no sign of a pet at move-out and all terms of the lease have been fulfilled.

Birds require a deposit and must be caged. We do not allow exotic pets, rabbits, or ferrets.

Two pets require a double deposit. No more than two pets allowed.

Pets will not be permitted to disturb other residents.

Leash laws apply. Pet owner must clean up after the pet.

All pets are subject to Hillsborough County restrictions and The Pavillions at Ballast Point pet addendum.
